Welcome to Carswell Electronics, Northeast Florida's ONLY service center that EXCLUSIVELY repairs RCA and Samsung! Our prompt courteous service is performed by Henry Carswell. Our truck carries a large supply of RCA & Samsung replacement parts, so we can service most of these televisions with just one visit to your home. We are able to give you an accurate estimate of the repair cost over the phone before the service call. Husband and wife team, Henry and Kaye Carswell, started Carswell Electronics in Dec.1979. Twenty nine years later, at the same location (which they now own) things are pretty much the same with Henry doing all of the service work and answering phone calls while wife and homemaker Kaye, handles the books. We are one of the very few Jacksonville TV shops who are a member of the Better Business Bureau and they have given us an A+ rating in customer satisfaction. Henry has an electronics engineering degree and has attended in-person training classes every year since 1986 and plans on retiring sometime after the year 2025. About Us: Carswell Electronics was established in December of 1979 by Henry Carswell and his wife, Kaye. Their business is run on Christian principles. All service work is performed by Henry Carswell. Henry received an engineering degree from Massey Technical Institute in the mid-1970's, and received his FCC First Class Commercial License in March of 1980. We use state-of-the-art test equipment, and the majority of the jobs we take on are completed with just one visit to your home. If your TV requires service in our fully equipped shop, only the circuit board or light box is removed from your home.
