MMAC is a small Taekwon-Do school located in Port Henry, NY. The Master instructor is Nestor D. Rodriguez, Sr., fourth degree black belt. MMAC offers classes for all ages: Lil' Dragons ages 4-7 Kids Class ages 7-16 Adult Class ages 16 and older We also offer an aerobics class "TKO" for women.
