Gymnastics training, expert instruction, dance classes: students receive professional, progressive, safety oriented instruction in fundamental movement and gymnastic skills in Tumble Tot with Parent, Tumble Gems, Tumble Stars, Tumble Stars Step Up, Tumble Twisters and gymnastics-emphasis tumbling - Cheer I and II. In addition to great teachers, we have all the newest technology available for tumbling and equipment work including carpeted spring and foam floor, foam and solid pits, incline and special mats, Tumbl-Trak, Rod Floor, low and high balance beams, uneven bars, trapezoids, vault horses, trainer bars, preschool play shapes and a hardwood floor dance room with balcony overlooking the gym. Gymnastic or dance classes provide high-level physical fitness as well as recreational fun. At Mid-Illinois Gymnastics and Dance, Inc., our number one priority is to teach physical fitness in a progressive and very safety-oriented atmosphere. Our second goal is to have each child enjoy and learn from the program at his/her own pace.
