Half Pint Saloon has proudly served the community since 1983. Locally owned and operated by Michael Maker since 2004, Half Pint Saloon is located at 1831 Independence Avenue. The front desk attendant suggested we stroll across the parking lot for dinner, taking us to the back door of Southtown. We rang the bell for entry, and pulled up a seat at the bar. The bartender (Joel) recommended a few items (the chicken and the onion rings), we chose the onion rings... they were oh so good! The service was great, and the atmosphere was friendly. Even though we were apparently from out of town the staff and the regulars made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!
