The Bistro at Haddonfield is a family owned and operated business, by Nikolaos Lavdas and Brother-in-law Augustine Riginos. Chef /Owner Nikolaos Lavdas is also co-owner of Victory Bar & Grill in Berlin, NJ. He comes with a very extensive back round in the restaurant business. Nikolaos, was trained by his father who owned the Penn Queen for 42 years, is a culinary graduate and has many other experiences in the culinary world. Augustine comes with an extensive background in management of catering and banquets. His family owned many restaurants in northern New Jersey, and continues to operate a large banquet and catering establishment in Scotch Plains, NJ. This experience will come very welcomed as the The Bistro at Haddonfield is already expanding to be able to handle groups of people for private parties.
