This review comes from a disgruntled employee who has done nothing but knick, cut and harm other people's pets. We use an all-natural floor cleaner that just so happens to be diluted in a windex bottle, but is NOT windex. I use Espree Hypo-allergenic shampoo. Please feel free to google search and read product reviews. The floors are cleaned with a hoover floormate with all-natural solution on a regular basis.
