My cat has never been so traumatized. These people do not care about your pet. They care about your pocketbook. I brought my cat in for an exam when he was a new kitten, and they told me he was a girl after inspecting him. They wanted to spay him, and I made an appt. After bringing him home, we discover he was a boy, and canceled the spaying - taking him elsewhere to be neutered. Real pros, right?
