These folks held my daughter hostage as she was trying to leave fer apartment building in her car. They blocked her in an alley and demanded she got to an ATM and withdraw $35 for them to move her car, without even knowing if she was parked illegally.. They are predatory and operating illegally. We are taking them to court. If they hold you hostage do NOT give these lowlife Appalachians money -- call the police immediately.
