The apt above mine was flooded from the toilet overflowing. I started to see stains on my ceiling and paint starting to chip and hanging off. I became afraid so I called Fort Greene Plumbing and Heating so they can see what was the problem. The went to the apt with the overflowing toilet and found the problem. The worked in that apt, fixing the toilet, and than came down to mine to fix my ceiling and clean up the mess left from the toilet's overflowing water.
