# User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by ntoxk8n 06/26/2010 Wouldn't accept their own coupon for the Ultra Full Service wash. And they were rude about it. Then after I kept asking why and how and getting mgr involvement, they "honored" it for me only this one time but wrote the ticket up for just the Full Service wash. I didn't see the Ultra service. And when I complained to mgr he tried to "explain" the coupon. When they said the car was "done" there was still lots of brake dust on my white paint and the bugs were still plastered to my grill.
