Review
The meanest customer service ever. I ordered a part for my lawn mower. They said it would be in by the end of the week. I called the wednesday a week after. Asked them why it was not in and when it would be in. They did not know and did not care to check into it. After returning some of their passive aggression they looked into it and said it would be mailed in the next 2 weeks. I said that was not good enough and wanted to cancel my order. They would not refund my money. I called Toro and they said they have the part in stock and could not understand the delay. T
