Avoid at all costs! Had a two pm appointment. Car did not move for am hour but I could not See it from the waiting area and do was unaware. When I finally noticed it I asked and was told the one pm appointments were running over. Clearly a lie as two individuals who had walked in after me had been and gone. Both those folks were on a first name basis with the staff and clearly got preferential treatment; one was. Even seen for the same thing I was in for...Inspection and emissions. Unless you are well acquainted with the staff expect to be treated like a second
