I recently bought four tires for my Subaru from Jacks. After I brought it home, I saw that they had broken one of my security lug nuts, and lost another chrome lug nut. They replaced it with a nasty old rusty nut. When I took the car back and pointed out what they had done in the installation, I didn't even get an apology. No offer to fix their mistake.
