They rebuilt my transmission on my 2004 Avalanche when it was done it had the same problem. He had to send it to Staria transmission in Centereach. When I picked up the truck at Staria I asked the owner what was wrong with it. He said a wire on one of the sensors was broken. In other words my transmission didn't need a rebuild just a sensor wire repair. As of today my transmission started slipping, I took it back and Jimmy said it eould be $2200.00 to fix it I think a rebuilt transmission should last longer than a eighteen months. Ill see him in court. STAY AWAY FROM
