Review

It took 2.5 hours to get the number to the parking lot where I was parked. No one seems to have any information on the other lots. I was give five different phone numbers all which said they didn't handle my problem. I called the corporate office and was transferred to a number and promptly disconnected. During this time my car was BOOTED!!!! $5 a day to get treated poorly, I'd say that's pretty reasonable.
