Because the locations were convenient, I gave this place 3 chances even after they were rude, mean to my dog, charged me 25% more than what we had agreed upon when I dropped off my dog, (each time they gave a different reason), and on the second visit my dog came home with fleas and a urinary track infection that required a visit to our vet for medication.
