We sent in a trailer with the instructions to "Check & Advise" on brakes, and air leak, to install 4 auto slack ajusters (WE supplied the ajusters) install some lights (we supplied the lights) and to "Check & Advise" on the lifgate. and to let us know what it would need and the cost, now mind you there was NO signed work order as they were to call with the costs. 2 weeks later we got a call from Debra Smith, who said the trailer was ready, and the bill was over $8,600 dollars.
