Beware! This agency is problematic and your money is at risk. I made a reservation with them and then cancellation over 1 month in advance. Despite verbal promises to refund my deposit and 5 weeks of repeated calls and promises, they have not refunded my deposit. Also have not returned my calls or e-mails. So I'm out $999! I don't know if they are truly shady or just incompetent, but it was a big mistake to reserve a condo with them, and you should be wary of doing business with them.
