Terrible experience!! I asked for a brown base with heavy blonde highlights. I repeated my desire for Heavy highlights repeatedly. When the final wash was done and blow dry mostly complete, it was strikingly obvious that "heavy highlights" meant a very few pieces all over with chucks of blonde-think a skunk. When I expressed how dismayed I was, the hair-stylist and manager spent 20 minutes trying to convince me that my 98% brown hair was indeed..wait for it...all over blonde! This was 3 1/2 hours after I came in. I would have been ok with the hair "person%
