12-10-10, I was new to fuel oil service. New to the area. Recommended by neighbors. Gene was very prompt with first service, I paid with two post dated checks as promised within 30 days. I wrote a personnel letter of appreciation of their services. I requested once second check cleared to please service us with an additional 100 gallons of fuel oil, unfortunately no acknowledgment to my letter was ever responded too, not even a phone call. Nor was there any service rendered since. Budget plans and Automatic keep full delivery service as advertised means very little.
