This company should be regulated like the cable company and the banks now. My electric bill jumped this month 80.00 They hold checks for days then there bank holds checks for days then your over drafted by 350.00 cause it took 14 days to process a check. Then they tell you you shouldnt have spent your money my fault thought it would have been taken out in about 5 days not 14. The services are way over priced!!!!! I live in a 840 sq foot apartment central air which never goes under 70 and im paying 160.00-260.00 electric bill. Customer service skills should also be
