I needed a $75 vacuum cleaner part. I ordered it on June 19, the charge is on my credit card--but no part. Owner was 'appalled' that I hadn't gotten it yet but after he said he'd check on it, I still didn't hear from him. You prob. won't get him to answer phone. I think he is either desparately busy or screening his calls carefully. I think all the 5-star reviews on his website must be from family.
