Please check with the Better Business bureau before contracting with this company. They have a C rating and many complaints. DHL was quite prompt and attentive while providing a quote for the service. We had a have a new HVAC system installed. This is when the problems started. First, the thermostat was a different size than our previous one, revealing ugly wallpaper beneath.
