I recently had an appointment at Jim Rinehart's State Farm office. The office staff was very warm and welcoming which immediately put me at ease. Even though my appointment was with Ms. McCann, Mr. Rinehart stepped out of his office to introduce himself. This really impressed me! Also, working with Ms. McCann was a refreshing change from my previous insurance company.
