Not helpful! With a very uncaring attitude! I placed a call on Thursday, October 27, 2011 and a young lady answered the phone. I was calling for my brother who was in a crisis situation. The lady was acting as if I was bothering her by calling, she didn't ask me any questions. She did not offer me any information. I had to ask questions as if I were trying to pry the information from her. I felt more confused about what to do about the situation than I did before I called. Luckily this situation did not end tragically but what about the individuals that call Mob
