TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! I have shopped at Darkside for years, not because of the amazing service or the great prices, but simply because they have a larger selection than anyone in the area. However, I AM DONE! I recently purchased an ash catcher, I just pointed at the type i wanted and the employee behind the counter wrapped it up for me and bagged it for me. I unwrapped it when I got home only to find that it was cracked. I didn't drop it or hit it against anything and it was bubble wrapped so the only explanation is
