I can't speak to other folk's experiences, but mine was good. I have been in twice over the last 3 years. Both times Vince got it out close to when it was supposed to be and about at the price I thought it would be. They aren't inexpensive, but boats just aren't. This last time it was going to rain a few days after I dropped it off and I called and someone there ( I don't know who answered) said they would take care of it. When I got my boat it was clean. TJ is there now who has alot of experience and was helpful as well. He helped test my trailer that ha
