Make sure he installs a 'pitless' adapter in your well casing. He drilled my well, but did not install a pitless adapter. It took 5 years for the plastic elbow he installed to fail. When it did, it caused a good deal of headache and additional work to troubleshoot the problem and get it fixed. No other well driller in the area, has ever heard of installing a well without a pitless adapter, only Dunham does it this way, and each time it must be fixed later at additional expense.
