II recently took my BMW to BM for extensive work. I had been putting the work off for some time because I was worried about the expense and because part of the problem with the car was shoddy work which had been done previously. Zak was friendly and professional in diagnosing the car's problems and he was very forthright in his conversations with me. The work was done quickly and well - the car is good as new. He even talked me OUT of getting work done which I thought was necessary and he did not. I just wish I had found out about BM earlier - it would have saved me a gre
