We rented a 10' truck and verified its availability before we took off from DC to get the truck. Verified. Got there - we were third in line to NOT have a truck as reserved. Give a 800 number to call - 4 hrs away from our location. Others from Connecticut and west side of NY - all without trucks. they finally gave us a 24' truck which cost us nearly $80 extra in tolls and gas. Did not answer 3 contacts about poor service. Six months later offered us a 25% discount on next truck rental. At first they gave us a good deal on a reservation for the next weeken
