I take Pilates all over the world - where ever my travels take me to - and Uptown Pilates Sag Harbor is perhaps the best. I knew it would be a fantastic experience from the second I put down the phone to book my session. The receptionist asked all the appropriate questions - my Pilates experience, injuries and what I wanted to get out of the session. When I showed up to my lesson I was stunned by the decour (all African - a personal favorite) and impressed that my instructor knew all the information that I had provided over the phone.
