What is it with all these fake BBQ places in Ohio?? This is a cute place with nice people working there, but it seems to me that you can fool folks in Ohio (or try to) into thinking they are eating BBQ by simply baking or boiling some meat and throwing some BBQ sauce on it!! Lets get down to what BBQ really is; BBQ is a quality cut of beef, pork, poultry, or just about any meat you want, seasoned to perfection, slow smoked (note: very key word %u201Csmoked%u201D), then gently basted with a high quality BBQ sauce.
