I'm age 60, with a lifetime of cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, birds--and vets. Nobody's knowledge is perfect. But this episode was particularly bitter--and avoidable--at several points, resulting in the death of our pet, followed by the Clinic's insensitive response.
