perry is illegally paying cash out of the machines when he does not even have a license to do so. not only that but he illegally sells liquor out of the place when he does not even have a liquor license the rooms are nasty the place is not up to code. there are many health violations with the restaurant but the food is top notch. my opinion is that the place should be shut down.
