I rate a BIG 0 to this agency.. Do not deal with this agency because you might just end up paying for an addition on your policy that you neither asked for or authorized. It happened to me and I finally found out about it after a whole year went by.I tried to get my money back and kept getting a run around. The people working there do not know what they are doing, half the time they didn t even know who I am and I have coverage through them. A different story was told to me every time I tried to get their fraudulent act on my policy made right.. The owner is never availab
