I have to go into a store knowing what I want because I have a severe panic disorder with social phobia and agoraphobia. I usually hate shopping and if I can't find something when I am at the store I get flustered and tend to just leave. Well, when I went into the Food Lion on Nuchols I had my shopping list in hand. There were more customers in the store than I thought there would be at the time I went which made me nervous. I went in anyway and began to shop and there were a few things I couldn't find and so naturally I started to get nervous, you know how I am. We
