I love the location, and it is a cozy theater but the customer service that the employees provide is horrible. They do not bother to greet you when you walk through the doors and not even a may I help you, nor a smile. I have experienced the same service at the snack counter. The employees are cold, and they look so miserable. They seriously need customer service 101 and poor management is to blame. I will not visit this theater again, they have lost my business, and I do go to the movies 4 to 5 times a month.
