If I could give Reeves a negative rating I would. But alas, this site is too kind. This guy is a piece of work - impossible to get a hold of, meets his clients first time the day of trial. I feel bad for the poor folks of Otero county, since he's listed as an indigent attorney - so they get royally screwed by the justice system twice: first by getting Mark, and then getting screwed over by Mark. Advice to those seeking "free" representation and getting this guy - just represent yourself. Local lawyers see him as a running joke and the magistrate judges **hat
