My experiences at NorthBay Cardiology, as a heart patient have been horrible. The doctor talks in riddles, is not straight forward and honest. And, the front office staff, including Julie Rosenberg, the office manager, are rude, hostile, arrogant, and treat patients as dog dung. I would recommend going elsewhere if you want to be treated as a human being.
