One of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever dealt with. I tried to purchase a higher value life insurance policy after being a State Farm customer for 15 years. It's been two months and I still don't have a policy - or know when if ever I will get one. Mr. Brown himself was rude completely uninterested in helping me when I called today. When I informed him I had reached the end of my patience and would seek out a new agent, he actually told me he was glad to lose me - and then hung up the phone in my ear. Classy operation. State Farm should be ashamed
