I agree with pleaf's review and had an almost identical experience. Owner takes large sums of money and disappears for weeks at a time. Of course, the owner won't answer calls or return messages. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Work is also shoddy. There are stones under the liner, concrete wasn't formed properly and the project took months instead of weeks to complete.
