Dr. William Brown with this practise does not have a billing team, he does his billing himself and does not reaaly understand what it entails. Once the bill comes back denied from the Insurance company requesting recoding he sends you to a collection agency and treats you like a self paying patient. To think he operated on me is frightening, like I had a choice, the Emergency room called him.
