Go elsewhere for your purchases. The guys in Concord are slimy and dishonest. This winter, I bought a pair of earrings for my 8 year old, a small hanging ball. During the school year, they snapped repeatedly and it is a wonder that we were able to keep them. I took them in for repair thus week and the salesman tried to sell us new gold clasps for the earrings at the same cost of the original purchase. I was dumbfounded.
