Review
I joined Curves after cancer treatment to restore my body strength and depression. Unfortunately, my Humana Medicare/HMO cancelled the Silver Sneakers program which Curves honors. My cancer buddies took a collection and bought me another month. I'm gaining back my strength at my own pace and the warmth of the women there is so valuable. The instructor who leads some of the classes is excellent.
