I towed my car into this location at 3pm on a Monday. They told me that they were booked for the day, but promised me they would look at it first thing in the morning. Travis the Asst. Manager promised me that the tech would look at it by 9am. I called at 11am, and Travis said that they were looking at it, but were not done. I came into the store at 1pm, and realized my car hadn't moved at all from the spot where it was towed. I asked Travis why he lied, and when it would be looked at, but all he could say was that they were too busy. He couldn't even promis
