My units are not in the best area and I get a lot of undesirable applicants trying to rent. With Penmar's rent guarantee, you bet I have them managing for me. So far, they have been uncanny at discovering the bad applicants before allowing any to rent. Last month a couple applied and completely lied all over their application. When they were not accepted, they retaliated by writing a bad review on Penmar.
