I wouldn%u2019t recommend using this company. I used them when I was buying a house and they didn%u2019t write up anything seriously wrong on the inspection. A week after moving in my AC broke. I would have let one thing slide but then the first time it rained, my garage floor flooded. I specific asked them about this during the inspection. Just when you think it couldn%u2019t get any worse my roof leaked and I learned that I have water damage in one of the rooms of my house. I would question how someone could miss all of these things. These are just some of the issues. T
