great product - exceptionally poor customer service, do not expect fair play from this used car salesman - Paul Berliner has demonstrated a clear indifference to certain clients . there are still honest salespeople in this country - do not shop at 214 W route 66 and expect to find one (one may exist- but none were apparent in this 'one man show' ) - in one particular transaction Paul took a client's money and made claims and commitments and had a complete lack of concern to deliver on his claims .
