We don't recommend doing business with these people. We made an appointment for our annual chimney cleaning, and they claimed we had "code violations" on our 1910 houses' construction (not true, as we later learned). We paid $95 for an "inspection" where they didn't even look inside the flue. No actual cleaning was done. They clearly wanted to pile on all the extra jobs they could talk us into before doing any chimney cleaning. No thanks! We will never do business with Freeze again.
