This is the worst H&R Block ever. I used them two years in a row and was stuck with the same person each year. The agent or whatever she is called was horrible. This lady last year almost cost me and my family over $3,000 but luckly WE caught it not her. Than we had to do an admendment and she said $1400 extra so we were excited. Nope wrong. Now this year the same thing happened she screwed up we caught it. Than she tells us if we pay "X" amount we will get our return on the 25th.
